  • Morgan Academy of Fine Arts, Galveston Independent School District in the Houston, Texas area, provides 90% of instruction in Spanish for a kindergarten, first, and second grade class

  • In a transitional bilingual education program, students are educated primarily in their home language in the early grades with instruction in English as a second language (ESL)
